I'm still a student so we move sections every few weeks and at the moment i am preparing raw fish so its easy not to nibble! lol.
Do you work?
I might celebrate my loss with a nice long walk to make sure the weight keeps coming off

Stick with it it really does work! I don't know how you manage to stick to it working in a kitchen! I used to work as a chef and would definatly find it hard to work in that sort of environment doing this diet! I'm halfway through my third week and have lost over a stone at my last weigh in, next one due tues.

After 2 weeks I have lost 13 pounds.my trousers that were uncomfortable are now loose and yesterday I was able to push my chef jacket sleeves above my elbows which has never happened before
