Beths week two

It does seem a bit quiet! I am going to do FMR using total and wc products got my delivery and I am really looking forward to starting! I am going to weight until Thursday and start on the first. It must be a pain if you run out of products! Hope it hasn't affected your weight loss too much!

Thanks for the suppourt, there doesn't seem to be many people about at the moment so it's good to have new people.

Good luck with your first week, the weight loss you can achieve during the first 2 weeks really does give you the boost you need to stick with this. I hope to reach 1 and a half stones at my next weigh in although it's been abit of a nightmare week as I live in Spain and my local post office lost my delivery (again) so I ran out of products, but back on track now.

Which plan are you going to follow?

Hi Everyone,

Just done the third weigh in and lost another 2.9lb this week. Thats just over a stone, and definatly better than last weeks 1.6 lb!

Have still not cheated at all, I figure this is the only way to go. Is anyone else on the first few weeks?

Just done week two weigh in and lost only 1 kilo (1.6 lbs) Which is strange as I have not cheated at all. However I do look like I've lost more but diddn't weigh myself. And my size 12 trousers do up, which they diddn't this time last week. My total weight loss so far is 11.7 lb so getting close to the first stone mark. I hope everyone else has better results this week and good luck for the next week.
