Hi Vashti, it is so difficult to stop rogue posters as they can set up an account the same as correct users, unfortunately all we can do once identified is to ban their email address so they can no longer post.

Annoying but your help is appreciated to identify these people

We have another userpa trying to sell blackberrys and iphones, American too!!!!!! Must be some way to stop these irritating people!

Thanks for you comments, we have taken these on board, and were aware of the confusion some of our information could cause. The info has always been available on our website but may be to deeply rooted and people unware where to look. We tried as much as possible to point them in the direct of Kee Info & Guidance on the top bar but have recently also include a Quick Guidance side bar with added symbol to hopefully stand out and give all the info they need to order and can then look to the Guidance section for more if required.

It might be an idea to put the recipes for making up the packs on the website - I notice a lot of people post asking for advice on this because no instructions seem to come with the packs, unless you know to order the booklet.

Also, people seem to struggle to understand the details of FMRP (I have lost count of how many times I've posted to new people about veg/salad and nuts!) and the differences between the different plans. I myself have struggled to understand the difference between Kee lite and EQ1 for example, even though I've been a regular on here for quite some time.

On a positive note, I like the shopping list system, the admin team are all really friendly and helpful, the forum is great and really supportive and the food orders always come really promptly - so well done team!
