well done on your 4lb loss, even being a stone lighter must make you feel much better...
I know it sounds daunting when you have a lot to lose, but I found that aiming for a smaller target (a stone,or even half a stone) at a time makes it appear a little less scary. Yesterday I passed the 100lbs off mark so I know it can be done . It may have taken me a long while (although only been on this plan 10 days) but it took me a lot longer to put it on and it is definitely worth the effort.
I am now at the lowest I've been since I had kids (and the youngest is 21 now so that's no excuse anymore!) I can walk into any shop (including the young trendy ones much to my 16 year old step daughters disgust) and find something to fit me and I feel so much better words cannot describe it...
Enjoy your holiday, then get home and get right back on the plan, you can so easily be where you want to be,and happily staying there on a normal daily diet, before Christmas, just think what a great present that would be for your little 'uns...they may not realise it at the time, but they sure will in the future.
Sue.

bad week this week. had sickness and diahorrea on tuesday, wednesay and thursday. Completely broke my diet and could only keep down toast, and ate properly yesterday. started back on it today but decided to weigh myself as normal. My weight was exactly the same as last week so even though i didnt lose any, nor did i gain.

Hi there and welcome, good luck with your first week.
You will see from my ticker that I had about the same to lose....14 weeks later and I am 52lbs lighter and suddenly the final target seems in sight!
So stick in there, I am living proof you can do it, if I can then anyone can!

PS There are some 'before and now' pictures for me and a couple of the other girls in another thread if you are interested...not boasting, just trying to show what a difference this really can make!
