Thank you everyone for your encouragement. I've bumped into a couple of people lately who I've not seen for a while and they did a double take - encouraging in one way, but in another I'm not sure I like drawing attention quite so much! I know the novelty will soon wear off though (although there are still a few people left who will get a big surprise when they come for my birthday party in July!!)

Hi everyone

I do hope you all appreciate how scary this is for me to post, but I thought it may help some of you newbies who are wondering whether this diet can really work.

NOT my most flattering photo! I am never going back there, I promise! Almost 3.5 stone down and I am feeling like a million dollars compared to that!
