Oh dear that's a pain! You can specify a place to leave them when you order online, if that helps?
Eggs should be OK, it says you can add one to the shales to make a pudding anyway, so I have occasionally had one with no problem. No idea about slim a soup though - main thing is to check the carbs. Otherwise you would be OK with lean meat or tuna.
Hope it arrives tomorrow. I always order by the month and try to order a week or so ahead, but I've also been caught short once or twice as well!

Ahhh! Was so annoyed! The packs arrived today but i was at work so they took it back to the depot! I have no lighter life packs left so am having a slim a soup and a boiled egg for dinner. Do you think that will be ok? My packs are being redelivered tomorrow!

Biker, the packs have always been really quick coming to me, maybe 2-3 days. Wendy, if you are eating little enough to get you into ketosis then yes, you will need to drink lots of water to flush away the ketones otherwise you will feel lousy. Good luck both! Julie X

Hi Iam Wendy and I just received my products today so I got started on them straight away Iam replacing 2 meals with bars and shakes and have a low fat meal in the evening do I still need to drink a lot of water?

Aww thanks girls!! This morning I had a shake and then a bar for lunch and this afternoon I had a small portion of salad and tonight its chick soup!! I did make the most of it last night I had a pizza and ice-cream, and you know something? I didnt really enjoy it, so that is a good thing, I have almost completed my 1st day and if truth be told.....Im bloody hungry!!! lol But Im going to keep thinking of what the outcome of all this will be and if I keep focused on that then Ill be fine!

Ill keep u all updated and prob be crying for a shoulder as I know this is going to be hard, espically when Ive been used to eating bigger portions and things....

There are a few new starters this week so hopefully you will be able to chum each other along.
It IS a bit boring, but for me it's great that there are no decisions to be made - just stick to the plan and you are guaranteed to lose weight!
Also an added bonus I've not been in a supermarked for weeks - YEAH!! (I order online now for my hubbie and kids and will continue to do so once I finish Kee)
There are plenty of nice WC bars which make my day a bit more interesting (how sad is THAT?!) and if you're creative you can bake some of the soup to make crisps etc but I'm afraid I can't be bothered with that! You can do things with the salad/veg portion too, I had a (fat free) stir fry last week which was rather nice.
Remember to drink LOADS, it's not only to fill you up it helps your kidneys to deal with the ketones and frees your liver up to burn the FAT!! Oh and stops you getting headaches and keeps your breath smelling sweeter!
Take a multivitamin if you are doing weight control and you will be well away within a few days - and just wait for your one-week weigh in, I promise you won't be disappointed! Then there is no looking back!
