Well done on your weight loss.. I too am a smoker, but hey you have got to have a vice in life.

Have any of you actually kicked the habit yet?

hi jade im new to this diet.. im 20 and i also smoke. i have started my first day today and am a little hungry but i am determined to do this.. how much weight loss did you lose the first few weeks? and does anybody know how much weight loss i can expect each week if i exercise every day for at least 45 mins too. i am doing the total meal replacement plan

i am also a smoker and 21 and starting the kee plan as soon as my products arrive (should be tomoro) cheers

i think i am going 2 quit whilst on the programme as when i finish it and am eating food again i may eat a lot more due 2 quitting and then putting the weight on i have lost. so my advice 2 u is do it both at the same time and kill 2 birds with one stone as they say

Morning all,

just wanted to see how everyone is doing and what they are up to? Ive got today and tomorrow off and dont know what to do with myself!

I am doing really well weighed in at 10st 3.4 lbs thts 12 1/2 lbs lost in 12 days Very Happy

I went on my wii fit last nite and omg lol i didnt think it would have such an effect!!:O I am aching this morning and will be popping on it again this evening. I dont like weighing myself on it though and i prefer to weigh after a wee when i wake up starkers lol.

The only difficulty i am having at the moment is quiting smoking, i know one thing at a time right? But i want to be really fit and i wont go to the gym if i am still doing it and it defies the object.

I find i am smoking as i am not physically chewing and need a oral fixation if thats how you put it :S You know what i am trying to say.

I am only 21 and it worries me how it affects my health yet i still light up. Sad

Any advice ? wb Jade x
