Hot chocolate before my exam

Hey guys, hope everyone is well.

Had alot of problems sleeping last nite didnt go to bed until 1am and was up at 5:30 am It could be because i am worried about my exam but i am going to bed most nights and my tummy is rumbling.

I only had 2 shakes yesturday as my hunger totally disappeard in the day but it returns at nite. I did fight it and when i weighed this morning i was 10sy 4.8lbs so thts 10st 5 rly. I am so happy i have lost 11 lbs in 10 days :D:D:D:D:D:

I am enjoying a nice hot chocoalte as i write this, which is warming me up as i look outside the window and the wind is howling!!!

Frm 4pm i am a free woman again, well for the time being no more exams until april phew!
