Hi,

Sorry I have not been on but I work long shifts, well I went to the harvester and had salad for dinner, well it was lettuce and onions with a tiny bit of low fat dressing really. I then had a black coffee while the rest of them tucked into their massive puddings but I really didn't want one, how strange! and at work yesterday all the nurses had started new year diets so I didn't feel alone and I was ok, I did feel a bit strange in the morning but had a bar and some water, then I felt fine. I am just about to have my first kee product of the day, I don't know what to choose as I have just had a new delivery, yipee!! anyway have a good day everyone and thanks for the advice admin, speak to tou all later
