Light choices cuppa soups

Hi Jade, sorry we have not heard of these soups but knowing the Kee soups are specially designed with high protein, low carbs etc I would think they are should not be used to replace a product.

Instead look at the Etiq 1 meal and possible use this as a guide to take some food whilst you wait. Or try making a homemade soup with the permitted vegetables.
PS make sure you are covering your requirement for vitamins & minerals, and drinking sufficient water.

Are these ok as an alternative while i wait for my WC soups as the total soups make me gag. They are very low in sugar salt and carbs x
