Hello All, Thank you cat and sophie for your support as i start my journey. Today is the first day, again, but so far so good. I am trying to do full replacement with loads of water. I weighed in first thing this morning, naked of course, so i know what i need to aim for, and have got a goal in sight. Lets hopethis time im successful xx
