i have lemon instant tea which i know is not allowed as it has sugar already mixed into it.

Check the ingredience because if it's pure leaf then it'll probably be ok (check with pixies though) but if it's as an instant thing there might be all kinds of crazy stuff in the ingredience

Dont be shocked - be pleased :-)

It is possible to lose a shed load of weight in the first week of this diet, and then consistently more than you would lose on any other diet thereafter as long as you stick to it and play by the rules!!

I really dont know, I do know that you can drink leaf tea only and mint is leaf and you can have cucumber so I dont see any reason why not, but my logic isnt that great at the best of times.
