Just missed the 4st mark this week! 1lb short. But still another 2lb closer!

Bought myself a size 12 skirt this week and was pleasantly surprised that I got it on! Got a pair of 12 jeans on but not done up! :-)

That's almost 4 dress sizes down! Happy days!

Have a good week all. :-) xxx

Back on for phase 2! :-) Empty Size 12 Weight Loss

Post by Admin Sat Feb 01, 2014 1:22 am

Hi Joy,

Doesn't that just sound so lovely. "Do you have this in a Size 12, please" Smile

What size where you at the start of your journey?

It's getting that time that we feel a home maker over is on the cards, how about some new pictures or little bits and bobs to give it a fresh look.

Go mad, plant a couple of planters up with one seed for every 1lb you've lost. In Spring you will seem them bloom and think each flower represents a pound of your fat Smile

I have resisted! I'm being a good girl! Results are too amazing for me to give in. lol

Would love to decorate, my house could seriously do with cheering up, unfortuntely I rent so can't. :-( I do however have plenty of new seeds to plant ready for my veggie patch this year. I'll be able to enjoy lots of home grown fresh veg this year. So best get on with it this weekend. :-)

Am going to have a trip around the charity shops this weekend and see what bargains I can find in size 12. That will give me a bit of a boost. :-)

Back on for phase 2! :-) Empty VLCD DIET

Post by KeeSupport Thu Jan 30, 2014 9:17 pm

That's a no no to the stew and bread - what's wrong with our lovely hot meals? lol..

Have to agree that this time of year is difficult to stay focused. But you sailed through the Christmas period and those baggy clothes must make it all well worth it. You'll soon be at the next size down! - which is the best way to go xx

We agree with you about the weather. Together with all the news telling us about Blue Monday and January being depressing. Best to have a news blackout and get on with something more exciting. Some of us in the office have started to decorate our houses. Just changing a colour scheme or having a change around is a real energy boost and totally lifts your spirits.

Hey, fingers crossed for better weather. It's freezing down here at the mo, and I'm sooooo sick of rain. Am struggling a little this week what with the weather. Could quite happily sit down to a big bowl of stew and fresh bread! lol

Anyway, am trying to stay strong and looking forward to my meeting with the scales again on sunday. My size 14's are getting quite a bit looser! :-) xx

Hi Joy.

We're still here and agree it's gone very quiet. At least we have you to help keep our KeeBees motivated.

And well done to you for losing even more last week. It won't be long until the better weather arrives (fingers crossed) and we all shed those comfy cardigans and overcoats! Think of those lovely shopping trips where you'll be able to buy what you want instead of what just fits.

Enjoy the rest of your week. Smile

Was happy yesterday coz I got a pair of jeans on that had been tight before. Might go find the tape measure and see what that says. :-)

You get weeks like that and yes it is incredibly depressing - but I learned at LL that often you have lost inches not pounds as your body adjusts and water retention fluctuates. Try putting on a pair of previously tight jeans or something - or measuring! Bet you will feel better Smile then celebrate with a nice glass of water!!!

Back on for phase 2! :-) Empty disappointed!

Post by JoyP Sun Jan 19, 2014 9:59 pm

Week 2 weigh in -0lb! Not an oz off! Very disappointed and cant understand why. :-(

Haven't eaten anything I shouldn't have, I have had a couple of days where my water intake wasn't as much as it should be but otherwise all normal!

Feeling a bit frustrated. Have had a few days this week where I'm really hungry and others where I don't feel hungry at all. Plus have been really tired but put that down to a stressful week at work.

:-( Well at least the sun's shining today!

Post by Admin Wed Jan 15, 2014 10:33 pm

Hi Joy, Ah thanks, we do try, we love chatting as well. We find the forum is a great place to keep in contact and gives you the opportunity to really get to hear others stories in more details, Facebook is great but generally short and sharp, although great for any motivational messages we find to hopefully spur everyone one. The best being "Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels"

Although you already know that Smile

All the best keep up all the good work and it is a real pleasure to have you in our gang xx

Hi,

I'm doing the Rapid Burn again. Just because I know I'll see good results and I'm happy that way.

I love chatting to others on here, nothing like talking to someone who's going through the same thing, especially when they are living proof it works! :-)

Thanks for your support too! None of us could do this without you guys! :-)

Back on for phase 2! :-) Empty Meal Replacement Diet - Phase 2

Post by KeeSupport Wed Jan 15, 2014 2:06 am

Hi Joy, What a journey, and so many well done's for not giving in at Christmas, so much damage can be done and we often hear that it's March already before someone has managed to get back to their pre Christmas weight, just because of the old habits reappearing and the cold weather Smile

With your determination you can do this, are you following the Rapid Burn Plan again in your Phase 2 or one of our other plans ?

All the best, thanks for giving everyone your support on here, you'll be surprised how much it means to everyone xx

Hi all,

After a planned break for December I'm back in the flow for phase 2 and the final 2-3 stone.
Amazingly I didn't put anything on and really enjoyed a Christmas break. Looking forward to seeing those pounds drop off again now.

Hope everyone had a good Christmas and good luck with your journey!
