Hi Niki, we wouldn't suggest either due to their salt content, you can however use fresh or dried herbs this can include crushed garlic, pepper, coriander, chilli and many other variations mixed with a little nut or seed oil.

Adding salt into a diet plan where the need for water is increased is putting extra pressure on your kidneys when they are already working hard to process the extra water required.

I am in week 2 of the Rapid Burn Plan and was going to have broccolli and mushrooms and zero noodles as my veg. Can I use Soy Sauce or Worcestershire Sauce? It says in the info sent I could use balsamic but doesn't mention the rest on the permitted list. Does this mean its not permitted!!
