Hi!
I followed this diet back in January and did really well but then got made redundant and various other problems and ended up putting everything back on plus a bit more!
Have decided enough is enough and spurred on by a holiday coming up in October I thought I'd start again. Just completed week one and lost 7lbs so I'm happy with that. How do others cope with the temptation of still having to cook for the family lots of lovely carb rich dinners whilst I sit there with my chicken breast and salad? (I'm doing etiquette 1 as I am total foodie, love cooking and everything about food so need to eat 1 meal a day for sanity!) I haven't succumbed to temptation yet but we are going away this weekend and there will be limited food choices (camping) and don't want to undo what I've done! I have prepared some meals to take with us that are low/no carb so I have thought ahead but any tips on keeping focussed?

Thanks!
Very Happy
