Hi Admin

I really want to try the Kee Lite diet. Is it correct that you are currently sold out? RB no problem! But can't seem to order Kee Lite Smile thanks

An oldie but goody :) Empty DOING VLCD & BMI

Post by Admin Tue Apr 23, 2013 4:35 pm

Hi Sophie. Welcome back for the last bit of your journey. Taking it in portions really suits many of our clients who have great success. It really depends on your BMI. Anyone with a BMI of 25 shouldnt follow a VLCD diet plan. This includes our Rapid Burn and KeeLite. To follow these safely you should be 14lbs heavier than your BMI 25 weight. If following when close to or under yoyr BMI 25 you will teally struggle, vonstsntly be hungry, most probably enter starvation mode snd could become unwell. There is a calculator on our webstore (Getting Started) that you can use to determine if suitable.

Would suggest as its 7lb you wish to drop, consider the Social Plan or even the New You. Both strict and should drop 7lb in 4 weeks, plus more about stabilisation, portion control and good habits for long term weight management.

Hope helped. Plan details are now on our forum under the About Us tab or on the webstore Wink

Hello!

Me again!

So I've been off plan now for 4 weeks and have maintained my 2.5 stone weight loss which is absolutely amazing!

What I wanted to ask was that I didn't quite reach my weight loss goal. Was only half a stone short but am contemplating doing a 4 week blast just to get down to that 10stone mark. I was really wondering which plan would be best?

Thanks!!

Sophie xx
