Hi both,
Thank you very much for the kind advice and help. I am used the the water part and am doing 5 litres a day, good job I always have a toilet nearby!!!
I am doing the rapid and on 4 packs a day.
Am on day 4 and hope the hunger will disappear soon. Loving the cheese and bacon omletter, yum yum.
How are you both doing?

Hi and good luck. I wont swamp you with advice at this point apart from a few key tips, but if you let us know which plan you are doing or any things you'd like specific help on then someone will have the answer.
Biggest tip - drink plenty of water. I know everyone is very hesitant about mentioning any specific quantities but I personally drink over 4ltrs a day and lose about 1lb a day, if i forget or cant drink enough I do see that reflected in my weight loss.
Keep busy - I found the moment I was getting bored I started spending way too much time thinking about all the food etc I cant have.
Make sure you've made a note of your stats, i.e. weight, measurements, photos etc so you can see the effect the diet is having on you.
