Hi Skydivawri, thanks for contacting us, TOM can affect weight loss as your fluids are all out of sync. Don't be too hard on yourself, give it the extra week and allow things to settle and you will have lost weight again.

lost at week 3 Empty lost at week 3

I started this diet on a Monday just under 3 weeks ago. This is my 3rd week on the VLCD. I lost 6lb the first week, 3lb the second. I weight myself every Monday morning. I have my time of the month just now but thought to weigh myself this morning as been feeling yucky and I've not lost anything.
I am so gutted a this and don't understand as I'm doing all the right things. I have another 9lb to lose
What am I doing wrong? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
