Hi! And welcome.

Same story here. Did LL a few years back, put it back on. Keediet is so much more enjoyable tho. All the products are great but my favs are the chocolate milkshake and the wafers. Plus the water flavours make life easier.

Good luck with it and always shout if you need some extra support@

:-) x

Hi Caljazzy
and welcome I have a very similar story too you I also lost weight about 6yrs ago on lighter life but unfortunately due too some serious health issues and having too be on steroids long term I regained all the weight and more.
I found the Kee Diet awhile back and I LOVE it actually find it tastier and easier than LL, as they allow you a milk allowance and veg
hope you get on ok feel free too message me on her any time

Hi there

It's always great to welcome new people to our forum and hear their stories.

We have lots of ex-lighterlife clients, who find us for much the same reason

We offer several plans which fit most lifestyles and are also here to offer any advice and all our products are delicious.

Let us know how you get on with the KeeDiet

Best wishes

Lost 5 stone on Lighterlife 6 years ago - managed to put 3 stone back on since. Looking for an alternative to a weekly class but still VLC as it suited me not to eat 'real' food.
Hoping the KeeDiet works as well for me as I don't want to get back to where I started!
