18lb Gone - One Week VLCD
Hi Nick, what a great result, men do brilliant on this weight loss plan, your second week should be approximately half the first, then it can slow a little in the third week. Make sure you keep the water intake constant and no cheating. The third week is generally a little bit of a challenge, you are already feeling better, boredom can set in, your missing food and you need to remind yourself why you started.
Once the third week is out the way you may find a 3-5lb weight loss each week, depending on how much you have to loose.
We check our forum daily, so keep us involved and jump on whenever you feel the need to share or off load. Get your weight loss ticker going so you can track your progress, instructions are on the home page and lots of clients put down on their signature their Week 1 = 18lb and then Week 2 = etc, which looks so great and a real motivator for you and others.

Wow! 18 pounds in 2 weeks is amazing! I'm just finishing my 2nd week so not much help with your question....just wanted to say well done! Lizzy

Just started almost 2weeks 18Ib lost
Hi just started on the 30th of September. I have found it quite simple to do so far but I a agin there will be a few days it's more challenging. Does anyone have any milestones that I should look out for. I am aware of the potential to lose nothing in my 3rd week as my body adjusts. Any info would be great.
