questions!!!

Hi. I believe that you can use tablet sweeteners only and I think there is a restriction in how many you can have a day. I think the info is there on the main site under the section on what's allowed.

I have also read that it is best to try to only have decaf coffee as the caffeine can restrict your weight loss. I can't help with how fast you will lose weight if you use sweeteners as I've cut them out completely.

Oh and depending on which plan you are following you might have to make sure you are having your coffee black
