Hi Danni,

That sounds like a sensible idea, and anything that can relieve your stress levels right now would be a good move (pardon the pun!).

You're bound to be using up lots of energy, so if you feel like you're flagging at all, just up your protein intake, snack on some nuts, and that will hopefully give you more energy, without spiking your insulin levels too much, and undoing all your good work.

7lbs this week too! My goodness, have you been starving yourself in readiness?! lol

Good luck with the house move, and look forward to your returning when you are back on it.

Afternoon All

After much consideration I've gonna have a week off the diet. Im moving home on saturday and think I'm not really into trying to deal with the added stress of me dieting. I have so far been quite good and had only about 1000 calories a day but obviously I'm out of ketosis. But i promise i will be back to complete my journey!!!

Putting that to one side i did lose 7lb this week and have hit and and gone over my 2 stone mark hope fully this week will not do to much damage.
