Hi Becky,

Wow that should give you lots of inspiration, how fantastic.

Good luck on the plan. If you can stick to it and drink the water. If you have any questions or need inspiration there is lots on here. Dont forget we are all in the same boat and all walking the same journey.

I think it is Sue that mentions measuring yourself, I never did this time but wish i had it is not always the weight you notice sometimes it is the inches. So set little goals and they are achievable and give so much positive vibes when you keep hitting them. Put a tracket on your profile too as it is great to see the lbs/kgs coming off.

Well done on your decision and let us know how you are getting on and how you like the food.

Hi Becky,

I'm fairly new to Kee too, as I only started this week. I'm on my 3rd day of the plan (although I did other meal replacements from Monday this week), and am 4lbs lighter already.

I agree with what's been said already, drink the water, and lots of it. You may make lots of trips to the loo, but it does seem to really aid the weightloss for everyone.

I ordered a month's worth of packs, so I'm committed to it for the next 4 weeks at least, but my initial plan is to do the plan for at least 4 months, and hopefully emerge as a gorgeous butterfly by the end of the summer!! Well, a slimmer middle-aged woman at least! Laughing

Your trip down under is a wonderful incentive. Are you travelling with friends, and where abouts are you travelling to in Aus?

Just imagine yourself in a nice pair of shorts and tshirt, and how much happier and comfortable you'll be in the sunshine being slimmer.

Good luck, and join in with the posting on here to get the support you may need from the forum. Everyone has been so welcoming to me this week, it's been brilliant.

Hi Becky,

I have been following kee for three weeks and have lost a stone, i am into my 4th week now and am hoping to do
this for a while yet.

If you follow the plan it works, i think water is the key to it, try do drink at least 3 litres per day.

Its a bit trial and error with the food packs until you find the ones you like. Everyones tastes differ and we
all have our favourites.

Your weight losses will really spur you on and if you post on here regularly it helps. The other girls are really
motivational and there weight loss journeys will really inspire you.

Australia sounds really exciting, thats a great goal to aim for, knowing you will be travelling a lot lighter.

Let us know how you get on, good luck Smile
