You can mix all our products HP & Total to the flavours you prefer and this can change on a daily basis, just think of taking 4 products rather than which range they are from.
The rule really is just to ensure you include in your plan the necessary vitamin & mineral supplement to ensure you received + 100% RDA whilst dieting.
HP do not contain the necessary minerals and some vitamins whereas Total do contain the majority.

please can someone help me is it possible to mix total and weight control sachets per day. for instance could you have 3 weight control sachets and 1 total sachet a day and say 2 total and 2 weight control the next day, and stilll loose weight.
