Started Kee Diet 08/06/2011

Hi Tracy.

i've lost a total of 4 stone. and kept (most of it) off for 2 years.
Not only is this diet fantastic and work wonders, it also works so well at perminantly changing bad habbits.

I'm back to loose my last 1 1/2 stone. I've tried so many diets but none that work as well as this. I know it's cheesy but kee literally changed my life.

I started the kee diet on the 6th June and have just completed my first week I lost a total of 6.5lbs. I have been ok on this diet so far no adverse side affects, I am also drinking plenty of water.

Started kee diet nerly completed my first week the first couple of days i had a really upset stomach and was so tired feel good now and not feeling to hungry drinking on average 6 pints of water each day is there anyone on here who has lost significant weight on this diet .
