Hi Sarah

Welcome to the Kee Diet. Hope you are enjoying, some ProtiKee Products, Porridge's, Tom Soup and Onion Soup are the marmite of the Diet, either love or hate. A great idea to take advantage of the samples available in all flavours before buying boxes to ensure you like them.

Hope the Kee will help you reach your target and remember we are here to help & support

Hi everyone, I had a baby last christmas and am now into my 4th week.
Started at 14.12 and now 14, never dieted before in my life, but am so uncomfy as my section scar is giving me gip and the only
way to help is lose some weight. Broke my back 13 years ago, hence c section, but it limits my excercise so this is great for me.

first impressions, porridges ok, yogurt and shakes are better for me for breakfast
soups all ok, except tomato, which is neither spicy nor edible, all binned lol
bars all ok
new meals excellent, and puff ball snacks

i have no target, just comfy again, i've always been big but wanted to lose some baby weight for christmas!

can we drink coke zero? Very Happy

thanks in advance x
