Hope this is not to late. Have you tried adding Black pepper to it. I use the peppercorns in a mill and grind it. I found this makes all the difference. I put some in before I blend it and then add some after I have poured it into the mug. Maybe you could try that. Wink

I can see how it could be harder to control when you have so much to choose from and the rules are not as clear! Sounds like you are doing the right thing though! I have not even started yet and I am already worrying about how I will keep the weight off!!

I have gone back to my low fat options but I must admit I am finding it hard to be as strict as I used to be. I keep fancying things all the time. I will have to wait and see how things go. I seemed better when the choices were taken away from me. It is easy thinking I will just have this and then thinking oh I will just have that. But I am trying! Shocked

I agree with MJ, WC products are better, you have more choice. All the shakes are nice and so are the bars particularly the sticky toffee and chocolate crunch. I like the leek soup and also the veg one. If your unsure order a mixed box for your first order and from then on order just the ones you like.

Good luck

Hi Nic welcome to the forum. This question is asked alot but it is down to personal choice. I would recommend the Weight Control products over the Total products. I found the WC shakes etc much more filling than the Total ones. I hated the porridge but I love the chocolate shakes and the chocolate drink and my favourite bars are the sticky toffee ones. But I love all the bars I have tried so far. The spicy tomato soup is not to bad but not one of my favourites but I love the Farmhouse cream of winter vegtables. I always add alot of black pepper to the soups, I use the peppercorns from a mill. It's strange that I love the chocolate products because I don't normally eat alot of chocolate. Anyway I hope this helps.

Keep us informed of your progress. Good luck.

Hi I am getting ready to start the Kee diet on the 1st July and want to order my months supply.
I just wondered if anyone had any advice about which of the products are nice before I order! Any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks.
