Morning,

Good luck, you will soon be in ketosis and find it so easy, I am getting nearer to my goal weight of 11 stone, so it is possible as Julie says....

Keep coming on the forum too for support!

Hi there and welcome, congratulations on making a good start!
You can do it, for the sake of those little ones, as I am doing too. I have 5 and 7 year olds and have been doing this diet for 14 weeks tomorrow (yikes!) I just have a few more weeks of FMRP left now and then will be starting to reintroduce food as I will be within the last stone of my target. So you see, it IS possible - if I can do it anyone can, believe me!!
There are loads of great people on here who will be supportive, just ask if you have any questions and we can try to answer them.
Good luck!
