Thank you Jamie. Day three and feeling pretty good - weird good, but still - managed to stick to plan which is a first for me, and drink the extra water without too much trouble (!) also not hungry - again a first! Had a sneaky peak at the scales just now and I appear to have lost much more than I would have expected already (about 6lbs) but I daren't count my chickens until weigh-in day as that would be a crazy loss in less than 3 days surely? I am only supposed to be weighing once a week on Friday mornings to try and avoid the ups and downs but it is hard to resist sometimes cheers . Anyway, thanks to you all for the kind support, it helps a lot xx

Hi Sharron,

Best of luck on your Kee journey, as Katy says focus on that first week and it will be over before you know it.... and the weight will be dropping off you!!

Hi Sharron and good luck with the new start. Its a real help that there are so many active members on here now, hope you'll find it a great support

As fr your first week, I found that by focussing on the end result that spurred me on, I asked myself what I wanted more - a bar of chocolate or to lose weight and feel fab?!

Hello Everyone, New again! Empty Hello Everyone, New again!

I joined this site last year but struggled so much to get through the first few days (repeatedly!) that I gave up and tried something else. Obviously that didn't pan out - in fact I am officially heavier than I have ever been now and am really feeling dreadful, so here I am back and determined to make it work this time. The stupid thing is I used all the packs to help me with the other diet as they were the only thing that stopped me feeling hungry all the time so you would think I'd have cottoned on sooner that maybe I should try this again!

If anyone has any tips on managing that initial first week I would be very grateful, I must say there are some great losses on here, so I keep looking at you all and revving up to try the very best I can!!
