Re: Timing/spacing of shakes and Bars
heya. i think i read somewhere in one of the booklets to leave at least an hour between packs. maybe so you dont eat them all at once or maybe something to do with giving them time to settle and learning to control hunger pangs.
I pretty much do the same as you on the timings and havent had any problems. if anything i have them closer togther as i have my veg allowence for dinner. so 1 for breakfast, 1 at lunch, 1 at 5pm, veg about 7 and 1 about 8ish with a cup of tea

Re: Timing/spacing of shakes and Bars
Hi you should leave about 3/4 hours between products but i think this is so they are spaced out over the day so you dont go to long without your calories as you are having so little ,saying that i have had a shack and 10 mins later had a bar and it never hurt my diet.Hope this helps snack xx

Timing/spacing of shakes and Bars
Hi All
I am new to this diet, I am currently nearing the end of day 3 and I was wanting some advice/reassurance regarding the spacing of having the bars and shakes. At the moment I have a shake for breakfast, a shake for lunch and a soup for dinner but then about 1-2 hours after dinner I have a bar (as my treat for the day!). But I was worried that by having 2 products so close together (and at the end of the day) I would be consuming too many carbs in too short a period of time and this would prevent me from entering ketosis or knock me out of it.
Does anyone know if what I am doing is ok?
or if anyone knows anything about this I would greatly appreciate any advice
Many Thanks in advance
Elizabeth
