Re: Can I have broth on FMR?
Hi again Renee
You can chew on some veggies listed, I suggest celary as it is said that you use more calories to chew it than it contains LOL.
The worst bit is the 1st 3-4 days after that it is easier.
Guzzle loads of water that helps to take of some of the hunger pangs.
After that its grin and bear it for a few days but I promise you it does work so hang on in there.
Folks are'nt on very often but when they are they will support you.
Good luck and keep in touch.

Thanks Kitt! I'll definitely get some of that. I'm only halfway through day 1 and struggling ha ha! I have 4 stone to lose - this is the start of a long journey.

Re: Can I have broth on FMR?
Hi Renee
Instead of oxo try Marigold Swiss Vegetable Bouillon. This is identical to Savory drinks sold on the LighterLife plan and very much cheaper.
Only have two cups a day.
Oh yes you can get it in Tesco.
Good Luck and welcome to the gang.

Can I have broth on FMR?
I am on day 1 of the diet! Like a lot of people I am not a big water drinker. I'm wondering if anyone knows if I can have broth made from an OXO cube (in boiling water) or anything like that? Will this prevent ketosis? I need to keep drinking liquid, but just find water so hard going! I'd love some advice from any people out there who've been there/done that! Thank you!
